As Associate Pastor, Michelle serves the Calvary family in a number of ways including the Freedom Session series, Small Groups with a focus on intentional spiritual growth, engaging the congregation with our prayer ministry initiatives, and weaving pastoral care into everything she does. She is passionate about sharing Jesus and the Christian faith by having personal connections with people and in her sermon messages, which help us apply biblical truths to life in our modern world. Michelle is also committed to serving the greater tri-cities community and works to help Calvary provide practical support to those in need, including the most pressing issues of homelessness, mental health, and dealing with the personal issues that arise from internal and societal influences. She holds a Masters of Christian Studies from Trinity Western University and a diploma in Medical Imaging from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Michelle and her family have been Coquitlam residents for 21 years, all of them as members of Calvary Baptist Church.
