Safety Procedures for In-Person Events and Services

December 31st, 2021

We want to ease any nerves and make our gatherings as safe as possible. We do not just want to appear safe, we want to be safe!

Sanitation/High Touch Surfaces

All common and high-touch surfaces will be wiped down by the custodial team and volunteers prior to and following an in-person gathering, and people will be encouraged to wash their hands or sanitize frequently.

Sanitization Stations

There will be sanitization stations available throughout the church building.

Capacity

All services will be capped at 50% of our total capacity, which is 150 people in the sanctuary. The Fireside Room will be set up for overflow seating.

Face Coverings

All visitors, staff and volunteers 5 years and up will be required to wear a face covering as they enter the building.

Food Service

Food service will be self-serve for the time-being. People will be encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands before and after eating.

Communion

Communion will be provided in a single-use container upon arrival at the church building. Visitors will be asked to dispose of their cup in garbage cans upon exiting the sanctuary.

Please encourage those around you to respect the decisions and directions of volunteers to ensure a safe and fun event!
