On Saturday January 28, the youth group will be heading down to Canada Place with thousands of other youth to see the Chapel Band lead worship. Jarrod Mackenna will be speaking. He has been a pastor, a protestor, the National Advisor for Youth, Faith and Activism for World Vision Australia, founder of the Love Makes A Way campaign and the First Home Project, theologian, and dad. “He subscribes to the wacky idea that Christianity should look like Jesus and that compels him to do good, important things.”
Cost: $10, bring money for Transit and Dinner at the food court. We will be meeting at Lougheed Station at 3:30pm and taking the sky train. We will be back by 10:30pm at Lougheed Station.
